Dinan - Bretagne France

Dinan is a medieval walled town in Bretagne with many 13th century buildings of stone and timber. We thought we'd make a quick stop here - it turned into a bit longer, only in part due to the crowds!

We parked (lucky), then walked past those old buildings

To the clock tower

More old buildings

To the very steep Rue du Jerzual, which goes through this arch (famous , but obviously in need of repair) and down to the river (we turned around 😜)

We walked back up to the 11th century Saint-Sauveur Basilica

After a quick coffee, we headed out; we drove past the castle (no photos while driving!), then on to Saint Malo!
