Studio Space

Here's my studio, all 15 square feet. Not really big enough for my 100cm x 100cm canvas.

All I can say is, I'm sure glad spring is here - I can move all this out onto the terrace!

I finished it! I took some artistic license, and moved some boats around - here's my version of the very slow boat race on the étang :-)

I photographed the regatta in December, and found a large canvas and easel in February - then I took it slow...

As the boats deserved :-)

March - what's it all about?

I saw my first poppy of the year, surrounded by a bunch of other wildflowers

The fig trees started to bud - leaves and fruit!

My English/French coffee klatch is still a lot of fun, especially the "silent e" rule and the "ough" words...

Class Notes

It was time for L'Oursinade, the Sea Urchin Festival. My last time was 2 years ago; this time, I met some friends there - both times were full of good food, music, and fun!
