One sculpture that was definitely not fun, but rather a poignant reminder, is the bowl of Iron Roses.
It is a memorial that honors the 77 people killed in a right-wing terrorist’s attacks on the government and the Labour Party, including the massacre of 69 members of Labour’s youth organization AUF. A thousand roses made of iron have risen at the same spot where roses were spontaneously laid after the attacks. It is a permanent memorial to the victims of a white supremacist.
