Cape Neddick Lighthouse

This morning, we drove North along the Southern Maine coast to the Cape Neddick Lighthouse.

Apparently, part of the state thinks it is Fall

We went past several harbors

And an interesting causeway

With strange seaweed

THEN we burst out on the York beach - WOW!  Just wow!

I guess other parts of the state are still in Summer :-)

Just a bit farther up the road was the Cape...

And the Lighthouse! I now have my very own picture of a Maine Lighthouse (Rick says "and there aren't any other pictures of THOSE anywhere...")

There were a TON of houses along our route that were for sale, and many, many vacation rentals around York beach...
