Near the end of her visit, my sister noticed that our car only had one working back-up light 😲. So, after a little bit of visit-recovery time, I looked in our owner's manual and found that it would be pretty easy to replace the bulb.
We searched a few stores, but the section we needed was empty... With another driving trip planned, we still had time to order the bulb.
OK! The bulb arrives, I pop out the old one, stick in the new one, and... no difference! OK... Change it to the bulb we know works, and... Still no!
Ugh! It must be a wiring problem. We got to our friendly neighborhood car repair shop, where we showed the problem to the mechanic. Ummm, no, no problem - the Renault Clio only *has* one back-up light! (The other side is for the *only one* fog light indicator!)
