Vaison-La-Romaine

Finally, a day to relax!  But then we woke up early :-(.  This is the day we found out that it is impossible to get even a continental breakfast before 8:30...  We made up for it later by having a second (and then a third) coffee. 

We found a nice shop or two where we bought picnic items - the shop owner even opened our wine bottle (and put the cork back in a bit).  I couldn't resist taking a picture of this "portrait of a red-fruit tarte," as I called her display.

By early evening, Rick was restless, so he went out to look at some of the Roman ruins that Vaison-La-Romaine is famous for.  I gained control of the computer ;-).
