To know: I stayed in the unrestricted plaza. To get closer, you now have to enter a restricted (400 people at a time) way (enter through the central staircase and exit on the side). Additional rules:
Open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (last entry at 8:30 PM).
Monday & Friday openings delayed until 11:00 AM for coin collection.
Every other Monday, it opens at 2:00 PM for a deep clean.
After 9:00 PM, access is unrestricted again
No Sitting on the Edge - The new rules strictly prohibit sitting, eating, drinking, or smoking near the water.
